There is no fixed minimum. Prices per unit fall as quantities increase; submit a request and we will quote.
Printing, embroidery, sublimation and heat transfer. If you are not sure, choose "Not sure" and we will advise.
PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, EPS and PSD files. Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) give the best results.
Lead times are stated on your quotation, typically 7-14 working days after deposit and artwork approval.
Delivery
Delivery times depend on your county and are shown at checkout. Most Nairobi orders arrive within 1 business day.
Ordering
You can pay with M-Pesa (STK push to your phone), M-Pesa Paybill or bank transfer, depending on the options shown at checkout. Your order is confirmed once the payment is verified.
Yes. Guest checkout is available. You will receive an order link by email and can also track your order with your order number and phone number or email.
Returns
Custom items are made to order and can only be returned if defective or different from the approved proof.
